What this policy covers
This policy describes the public Synthosar website and communications initiated through its inquiry and careers forms. Separate services, including customer portals and third-party email providers, may use different privacy notices.
Information you choose to provide
If you send us an inquiry, we receive the information in your email, which may include your name, email address, organization, phone number, topic, and message. Job applications may also include your selected role, resume, additional material, and personal statement.
Provide only what is relevant to your inquiry or application. Do not include government identification numbers, financial account details, classified information, or export-controlled technical data in these public forms.
Forms and selected files
The current website does not submit form entries or application files to a Synthosar server. General inquiry forms prepare an email in your email app. The careers form processes selected files locally in your browser and creates a downloadable email draft containing your entries and attachments.
We receive the application only when you send the email to us. Downloaded drafts remain on your device unless you delete or share them. Your email app and email provider handle the message when you open or send it.
Technical information and cookies
Website hosting and delivery services may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the site.
The current website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load third-party analytics, or save form entries in browser local storage. This does not describe the separate practices of your browser, email provider, or websites you visit through external links.
How information is used
Information you send is used to address your inquiry, communicate with you, evaluate an application, and manage related business or recruitment records. Technical information may be used to maintain site availability, identify errors, and address misuse.
When information may be shared
Information may be handled by personnel reviewing your inquiry or application and by service providers supporting email, hosting, and business records. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims.
The current website does not contain advertising trackers or an automated mechanism for selling form information. That statement concerns this website's implementation, rather than the independent practices of external services.
Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose of the communication, recruitment needs, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Use care when deciding what to send. Local copies of application drafts and attachments remain under your control.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing a form. Before sending an email, you can review, change, or remove its contents and attachments.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent us, email inquiries@synthosar.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been arranged.
Children
This website is intended for business contacts and job applicants, not children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Updates and contact
We will revise this page when the practices described here change and update the date above. Questions about privacy can be sent to inquiries@synthosar.com.
